Eleonora received the ECTA Award 2026 (Professional Category) for her article 'The Future of the Movie Industry in the Wake of Generative AI: A Perspective under EU and UK Copyright Law'.
The award was conferred during the ECTA 44th Annual Conference, held in Dublin (Ireland) on 17-19 June 2026.

Eleonora acted as Witness during the Oral Evidence session of the UK House of Lords Communications and Digital Committee on 25 November 2025. The session was intended to inform the Committee's ongoing "AI and copyright" inquiry.

Eleonora awarded the Adepi Award 2022 for her "impact on and contribution to shaping the interpretation of IP law in Europe, academic contribution and intense collaboration with institutions such as the WIPO, the European Parliament, the European Commission, the EUIPO and the European Audiovisual Observatory.”
