        An Italian-qualified lawyer (avvocato) with experience in copyright, trade marks, fashion and internet laws, Dr Eleonora Rosati is Full Professor of Intellectual Property (IP) Law at Stockholm University and the Director of the Institute for Intellectual Property and Market Law (IFIM). She is also Of Counsel at Bird & Bird.

        Eleonora has written extensively in the IP field. Her latest monograph – Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union (Oxford University Press:2019) – tackles the role, action and legacy of the highest EU judicature’s copyright case law.

         

        Eleonora has prepared technical briefings and delivered talks at the request of international organizations and EU institutions and agencies (including WIPO, European Parliament, European Commission, and EUIPO), as well as international professional bodies and organizations (including ALAI, INTA, AIPPI, LIDC, and ECTA).
